Huawei P40 Lite E went online on Huawei’s Polish website today. This should cost the equivalent of 270 euros and bring a triple camera setup on the back. However, many competing smartphones are likely to be superior to the new device.

The Huawei Y7p released months ago in Asia is now available in Europe under the name Huawei P40 Lite E. This can be found on the manufacturer’s Polish website, where the new model went online today. The smartphone will have a Kirin 710f as processor, which is supported by 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory. The 6.39-inch display is delivered with a resolution of 1,560 x 720 pixels, whereby the panel has a hole in the upper left corner in which the 8 MP selfie camera is hidden.

A triple camera setup is used on the back, in which the main sensor has a resolution of 48 MP, the wide-angle camera 8 MP and the depth sensor 2 MP. In addition to the cameras, the device’s fingerprint scanner is also in the center. The built-in battery is adequately large with 4000 mAh and can be charged with 10 watts via the outdated microUSB connector.

The Huawei P40 Lite E will soon be priced in Poland for the equivalent of 270 euros. As a pre-order, you can currently get it for 170 euros, and there is also a free Huawei Band 4. Since the smartphone in Poland should be delivered from March 12th, we can also expect the device in this country within the next few weeks. Unfortunately, one has to say at this point that the smartphone cannot offer too much for the price compared to the competition. So you get from other manufacturers for the most part a higher display resolution, better cameras and / or a larger battery capacity. The outdated charging port and the older processor don’t help to make the smartphone more attractive.
