Brian Shen, the Oppo vice president, has confirmed via Twitter that he wants to bring the Oppo smartwatch, which has already been launched in China, to Western Europe, even if a specific date has not yet been fixed. The WearOS smartwatch equipped with eSIM naturally looks very similar to the Apple Watch and, like this, also offers an ECG / EKG function.

Oppo will be more present in Europe in the next few months, the previously launched Oppo Reno 2 series, which has not quite convinced us yet, will soon be accompanied by significantly more exciting products. In addition to the Oppo Reno 3 Pro, this should primarily be the flagship smartphone family Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro, but the Apple Watch alternative Oppo Watch is also of interest.

The WearOS smartwatch from Oppo, which also uses the ColorOS surface from Oppo, not only looks a little like Apple Watch on the outside, but will also offer an EKG / ECG function. To date, the new smartwatch has been launched exclusively in China, but should also be available in Western Europe later this year, Oppo Vice President Brian Shen announced on Twitter. In China, the 41 mm version costs the equivalent of around 192 euros, the larger 46 mm version 257 euros – the prices in Europe, on the other hand, will probably rise.
