Summary of tests
The OnePlus 7 Pro scored a total of 111 points in the Dexmark Mobile Review and earned the third highest score among the cameras we’ve tested so far. Although the OnePlus 7 Pro lost 1 point on the Huawei P30 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, it achieved very good results in almost all test projects of photos and videos.
Its photo score is 118 points, one point lower than the Huawei P30 Pro, and the two phone scores are very similar except for the zoom item. The OnePlus Pro Pro’s exposure is excellent in all electronic situations, with excellent contrast and wide dynamic range, and it can hold the highlight and shadow details in high-contrast scenes. Its color presentation is great, especially in sunny outdoor images, the white balance still goes from neutral and the final higher saturation colors look brighter and brighter, making people’s eyes brighter. The OnePlus Pro Pro has a good compromise between texture and sound although its effective resolution is lower than recent phones with more pixels, but its image has extremely rich details, especially in outdoor or highlighted images with complex field textures very clear, and almost no noise visible. Of course, under low light conditions there will be some texture loss and the sound will start to become clear in the dark part of the image, yet this is still one of the best results of our experiments. The same is true for the Bokeh simulation of the OnePlus 7 Pro, which is comparable to the S105G and P30 Pro, which is the best portrait mode we’ve tested. The OnePlus 7 Pro is good at depth, subject mask is fairly accurate, beautiful fuzzy type gradient is produced before and after portrait, the background looks natural to look fuzzy, point light size is good, and contrast is good.
In the case of zoom photography, the OnePlus 7 Pro’s 3x telephoto lens can achieve great results in very close proximity, although sound is higher than standard pictures and color saturation is slightly lower in the medium zoom, but the detail level is not that bad; However at longer zoom distances, the image quality will decrease rapidly, especially compared to the Huawei P30 Pro with a Periscope-type 5X telephoto lens.
OnePlus 7 Pro, decent mid-range zoom
OnePlus 7 Pro, beautiful bokeh simulation in portrait mode
OnePlus 7 Pro achieved a series of great results in the video category বিভাগ It is a all-around camera with an overall video score of 98 points, which can compete with the best performing mobile phone chamber in our database. OnePlus 7 Pro recorded 4K video in default settings, saving fine details is really great;
Also, a good autofocus system can record rich and clean video; However, its electronic image stabilization system is slowing down the camera, and jitters and artifacts are somewhat less effective than the optical systems preferred by some competing models.
In most cases, its video exposure can produce a brighter and brighter image, although the movie looks a bit dark in very weak light and the dynamic range under high contrast conditions is a bit small, but in the context of this national exposure system it is trivial. Its videos are colorful and rich, especially in outdoor films; White balance is perfect, it can easily transform when there is a change of light or scene and provides almost accurate skin tone and neutral effect.
Photo rating instructions
Exposure and contrast OnePlus 7 Pro
OnePlus 7 Pro provides accurate exposure and good contrast in all light situations, and its performance is comparable to the best flagship phones. The target exposure of the OnePlus Pro is slightly higher in some of our laboratory measurements, but the brightness is well controlled in natural test conditions, and its dynamic range is one of the best we’ve tested. In one of our toughest high-contrast scenes, it retains more detail in the highlights and shades than similar evidence from the P30 Pro and Mi 9, and the contrast is still very good. It maintains good exposure to indoors and in low light. In our indoor backlit portrait, the target exposure is a bit lower, so we scored a bit, but excluding this problem, indoor exposure is actually very good.
In the extremely solid 1 lux-near-dark state, the image taken by the OnePlus 7 Pro is not as bright as the best low-light mobile phone, the Huawei P30 Pro, but the performance between the two is not far behind, and the image is still very usable.
The OnePlus has a very good color score, which is comparable to the best phones we’ve tested. During a slow shooting, the white balance can bring consistent results. White balance is also quite accurate in outdoor and low-light images Occasionally, a light cassette is displayed in interior images but it is not objectionable and the colors Vernetting. The controls are very good, so there is no obscene color transfer from the center to the edges of the picture. Under most test conditions the colors were bright and pleasant, especially in outdoor images, where color saturation was high and it looked more distinctive than some competing models.
Autofocus OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 100
The OnePlus 7 Pro’s autofocus shows all lightly fast, accurate and repeatable test results, which is another outstanding performance of the phone. In our continuous benchmark test, we defocused the phone before each image and requested focus after waiting for a short or long delay. quickly lock the phone’s focus and get a clearer picture every time. The system can focus well under all light conditions and we did not notice any problems with autofocus during the test.
Grain OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 71
R Noise OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 76
The detailed retention of the 7 Pro images is usually in most places, and only the best details are lost in the outdoor and interior images. In fixed images (non-content), about 80% sharpness was recorded at 20 to 1000 lux illumination levels, and their performance was very consistent Only Only in very low light. The loss of detail was evidently lost. However, the details of the iPhone XS Max and Huawei P30 Pro are more detailed, so the score is a bit higher than the OnePlus 7 Pro, but the difference is very low, you need to “micro overview” to see the difference.
OnePlus gets a good compromise between texture and noise, so it elevates our noise reduction database again. In outdoor images, strong-colored areas (such as clear blue sky) and shaded areas have no bright sound; Inside the house, the sound in the carts is a bit higher than the best evidence we’ve seen, but not too serious. You can really see these words only when you double-check.
Although the OnePlus 7 Pro has lost some fine details in low light (20 lux), its textured outline and noise reduction capabilities can still counteract top mobile phone chambers like the Huawei P30 Pro, so you can be sure that you are clear and clear in all situations. Can become a file.
Flash OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 99
In terms of flash, OnePlus’ new mobile phone together with the Huawei P30 Pro got the highest score and achieved great results in our flash and blended light tests. In both examples, the exposure and the white balance are correct, some vignetting can be noticed but they are well controlled and sound very low. Some fine details on the face of the portrait have been lost but still have a rich texture.
Handmade OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 84
OnePlus Pro Pro images have very few artifacts that will severely affect image quality ded Other minor problems are punished Dark Angle Ma The effects of the labyrinth and moor can be noticed in high-frequency mode and some cyan color racism is displayed in the sky. However, the overall picture, even though these problems are observed These did not have much effect on the quality, so there is almost no penalty for analyzing our perception of the natural test scene images.
Zoom OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 71
OnePlus 7 Pro is one of the best performing phones in the Zoom project. Its 3x telephoto lens (equivalent focal length mm৪mm) delivers good results for mid-range zoom photos, while maintaining good detail on the outside or interior view. At this zoom range, its performance is comparable to that of the P30 Pro. Although the OnePlus 7 Pro controls the bezel very well, its zoomed photos usually feature brighter sound.
However, in Remote Zoom, when the “digital” zoom processing of OnePlus 7 Pro started to take off, things started to get a bit worse. The level of detail drops fast under long-range zoom, especially when compared to the P30 Pro. (Part of the reason is that OnePlus offers a 12-megapixel image within 3x zoom, and only 8- above 3x zoom. Megapixel image images saturation. In other words, for the best zoom results when using the OnePlus 7 Pro, it’s best to use a mid-range zoom.
Boke OnePlus 7 Pro
The highest score is 70
Modern smartphone photographers look forward to using good portrait mode to obscure the background to better isolate the subject matter. OnePlus 7 Pro has again provided a very effective solution to this case, scoring 70 points and achieving one of the best scores for this test project. The OnePlus 7 Pro’s background has good shape and contrast, and its bokeh effect can create a pleasing blurry gradient, giving each depth of nozzle and background a real blurry layer to mimic the effect of a real optical lens.
The OnePlus 7 Pro’s efficient depth estimation provides a very precise mask for the subjects of outdoor images, and complex areas such as hair can show a clear and well-defined appearance; Although some slight depth patterns can be seen in the interior images such as error or masking, the edges of the portrait are also slightly blurred, but the overall bokeh mode effect of the OnePlus 7 Pro is quite impressive.
Video Rating Description
The OnePlus 7’s overall video score is 98 points, and its performance lags far behind the best performance phones in the video category, second only to the Samsung Galaxy S10 + 5G (100 points) and Xiaomi 9 (99 points). Like the photo score, the overall video score comes from the phone’s performance and receipts on the following test items: exposure () 86), color (89), autofocus (95), texture (77), sound (76) and artwork (74). Aunt Shake (91).
With this nationally outstanding result, OnePlus 7 performed equally well in both the video and photo sections, becoming a powerful all-round multimedia creative tool. In our laboratory analysis, OnePlus 7 Pro showed slightly brighter but acceptable target exposure measurements in most light conditions, and its video exposure results were very close to the best phone performance. Although the exposure of the OnePlus 7 Pro is not very good in low light (5 lux) compared to the Xiaomi 9 and Huawei P30 Pro, its video is still available in such difficult situations.
The OnePlus 7 Pro’s dynamic range is slightly smaller than the Apple iPhone XS Max and Apple iPhone XS Max has more efficient HDR processing than other phones, so this is our top mobile phone phone for video exposure, under high light and high contrast conditions, some highlight cutouts. The texture may appear in the highest light part of the OnePlus 7 Pro, however The problem with the exception of the very well-rounded exposure oyanaplasa 7 Pro is actually provided.
The color of the video is also very good and most of the movie files have color rendering and distinctly saturated tones. It is shown from the laboratory measurements that the OnePlus 7 Pro has been underestimated at very low light (5 lux), resulting in reduced color saturation, but its color representation is really nice except for this problem. In fact, the color of the OnePlus 7 Pro video is significantly richer than the iPhone XS Max and Samsung S10 + files in our natural test scenario analysis.
The OnePlus Pro Pro’s white balance is also very good outdoor The outdoor and indoor video results are generally accurate and can be adjusted smoothly under changing lighting conditions. 5 lux) The OnePlus 7 Pro’s details aren’t so impressive, but its dark environment and high light Performance may still stand in the top mobile phone chambers like the Huawei P30 Pro.
OnePlus 7 Pro generally handles the sound well and achieves good results in analyzing our perception of outdoor and indoor natural test scenes videos. However, OnePlus Pro has a particular problem with mobile components because its noise reduction algorithm is difficult to work with, causing Noise stacking on the running issues to be significantly more serious than the fixed field, which can become a major issue during playback. But its video autofocus performs well, and its score is not inferior to the best mobile phones. It all works well with light, gives a good reaction time, focuses quickly, and accurately tracks the image to keep sharp when the camera or subject is movedGeneral Chat Chat Lounge In terms of image stability, the OnePlus 7 Pro performs well during image stabilization and has no major problems overall, but its image stabilization is not the best image stabilization we tested, Jitter’s direction, especially when modifying walking shots, has some jitter effects and frame offset issues in some videos, and sharpness is different in some frames, so in general, it performs better in this area than top levels like Huawei P30 Pro or iPhone XS Max forms mobile phones. Something is inferior.
In the competition of smartphones, the fight for excellence in image quality has shown no signs of slowing down, and OnePlus’ latest mobile phone has taken an important step: its three-camera solution offers photographers great versatility, although ultra-wide-angle cameras currently exceed our test range. Phone that is happy to see this These features are included in person. The quality of the original camera and telephoto camera images of the OnePlus Pro Pro is great in almost all of our evaluated sections, with very high scores in almost all test sections, and in any case, you can take great pictures and videos in third place in our database.
