The regular Redmi K30, which will be launched in Europe as the Pocophone X1, will be accompanied by a more powerful Pro model with Snapdragon 865 in March, for which the official teaser wave has now started. The hole-free display with pop-up cam has been proven.

Positioned exactly between Redmi K30 aka Pocophone X1 on the one hand and Xiaomi Mi 10 on the other hand, the Redmi K30Pro will inherit the Snapdragon 865 SoC from the top league, but also slim down a bit with the camera. In particular, if you feel disturbed by the display holes in Redmi K30 and Mi 10, you could find a real alternative in the Redmi K30 Pro, because the first official teaser for the Pro model now points to a completely notch- and hole-free display.

Xiaomi can only achieve this through a motorized pop-up selfie cam, rumored to have two front cameras – even if it has not yet been confirmed that the previously leaked render images are really authentic. With a 64 megapixel camera on the back and a very quickly charging 4,700 mAh battery, an exciting flagship alternative is growing here, which should also be significantly cheaper than the Mi 10. It is not yet known on which day in March the Redmi K30 Pro will be presented in China – it is currently speculated that the Redmi K30Pro will be the true Pocophone F1 successor, i.e. the Poco F2.
